Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef round steak, cut into strips
- 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced thin
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced thin
- 1 – 14oz can beef broth, use can to fill with water to add 14 oz of water to pot
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
Directions
- Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray
- Place meat into Crock Pot
- Add green bell pepper, onion, broth, water, and dressing mix
- Cover and cook on low for 7 – 8 hours
- Most philly cheese steak recipes call for French bread and provolone cheese. To cut carbohydrates and fat, we eliminated them and enjoyed the meal without
