Turkey Sausage & Peppers


  • 3 precooked packages (or 3 links) turkey sausage, sliced into circles
  • 5 bell peppers – varying in color, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 bundle Kale, chopped
  • 4 – 6 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste


  1. Heat pot to medium heat and add the extra virgin olive oil when warm
  2. Add onion and cook until translucent (5 – 7 minutes)
  3. Add bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. While the bell peppers & onion is cooking, chop the turkey sausage, the kale, and the parsley
  5. Add the turkey sausage to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Put the kale and parsley into the pot, stir once, and cook until Kale welts (3 -5 minutes)
  7. Once meal is placed in tupperware, sprinkle dish with red pepper flakes
  8. Guten Appetit!
