Chorizo. (a spicy spanish pork sausage)
Some weeks we have a lot of chicken. Other weeks we binge in ground beef. This week it was Chorizo. We made two meals with it and in case you want more recipes that include it, I will have them on here too that we posted in the past.

- Brown the chorizo
- Add the cooked pasta that you had left over from last weeks lunch/dinner
- Crack some eggs in the pan and scramble them
