Week of January 13
Here is to another week in 2014! We hope your year has been going well, and if you made the resolution to prepare more meals ahead of time- this is the place for you. Each week we have recipes for you to check out that we prepared for the week as well to show you how easy it is, and how Sunday meal prep can actually work. Dan & I (Kyla- in case this is your first time visiting the blog) prepare all of our lunches on Sunday so that we don’t fall victim and go out to eat, wasting money and adding on unnecessary calories.
