Crock Pot Teriyaki Beef & Noodle Soup


  • 2 lbs beef stir-fry strips
  • 3 lb pork stir-fry strips
  • 28 oz beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 bunches of green onions (6-8 per bunch) diced, use the whole onion
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 oz Japanese wheat noodles


  1. In a slow cooker combine beef, pork, broth, water, peppers, half of the green onions, soy sauce, ginger and pepper
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat for 6 hours
  3. Turn off slow cooker and stir in the uncooked noodles
  4. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes
  5. Serve and top with green onions
  6. Guten Appetit!
