We are getting more and more people interested in our blog and we appreciate everyone who has posted photos of their meal using #PlannedBite or simply talked to us about something they are going to try this week. We hope you are all enjoying your meals like we are. For this week we incorporated a little bit more processes carbohydrates than normal and Kyla started making Bulletproof Americanos in the morning. Unlike Dan- who eats the same breakfast every morning, Kyla needs to mix it up and her plain Americano with a splash of heavy cream needed updated. After talking to a few people at our CrossFit gym, there are tons of ways to make Bulletproof coffee, but below, if you click on our link under “Breakfast” you will see how Kyla made hers.
