Happy late Halloween! I am sure there were some great outfits out there and you all partied your butts off dressed up as something you would never dream of wearing any other time of the year. If you feel as unimpressed with your bodies and we do this week, make these meals and prepare for the week ahead. Lets try to get back on track, and be strong with our diets. It is the holiday season and if we prepare our meals a week in advance we will be less likely to eat the office donuts, or go out with co workers for late night dinners during the week. If you are someone who is easily tempted by office snacks, or pot lucks start bringing in veggies or fruit to the office so that you and others are not binge eating on the bad stuff, but hopefully the good.
