Week of October 27

Hey everyone! I don’t know about you, but if you are like us and living in Colorado, where did this cold front come from? We both love Fall and all the colors changing. It’s crazy that Halloween is this week and pretty soon snow will be on the ground. With the cooler weather starting we may be posting more ‘oven-bake’ meals. I am sure you are all wondering why in the world do they grill so much? Well- our house is just over 1,000 square feet and the minute you turn on the oven the whole house warms up. In the summer time, that is not something either of us want. But this week we are debuting our first oven-bake recipe compliments of Health-Bent. We hope you enjoy this weeks meals and are keeping on track with preparing meals in advance so that you are not inclined to go out to eat, or spend too much money at the grocery store every day.
