Whoops. Late post. This is a result of a long, fun filled weekend. Dan was out of town in Kansas for a boys trip that involved a lot of booze and sports at KU. By the time Dan got home on Sunday his only request was that dinner be something healthy. Steak and veggies it was. Kyla’s weekend involved a 30th birthday for a close friend, a girls brunch, a sleepover, and shopping – of course. No matter what bills you have, Lululemon is always a good idea. Especially when there is moving sale going on. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a pair of bottoms from that store and you will thank me. Your butt will look fabulous. And I am not only talking to the girls when I say this. Coming from Kyla’s point of view- guys should own a few pairs of boxers from Lulu. And Dan would agree- If you chafe, these are the only boxers that help the situation.
With this weekend behind us- lets talk about food. Kale. When we planned our meals, we must have been in the mood for Kale. Both of our lunches involved the green leafy vegetable and both were very tasty. Although they had different tastes to them, I would recommend doing these lunches during different weeks so you do not burn yourself out on the stuff. Also- We are very excited because we found a fabulous salmon recipe and we are excited to share it with you all. It is very easy and only involves just a few ingredients.
