Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 15 baby carrots, cut in half
  • 1 bundle green onions, sliced
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (or 4 cans canned cooked chicken)

Directions

  1. Add everything but the noodles and cooked chicken to the crock pot
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours
  3. Add the uncooked noodles and cooked chicken, turn the heat to high and cook for one more hour
  4. Guten Appitit!
