Crock Pot Stew


  • 3 – 3½ lbs of London broil
  • 1 package of dry onion soup
  • 5 – 6 red potatoes, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 15 – 20 baby carrots, cut in half
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 – 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 2 – 3 cups of beef broth or water
  • 1 tsp paprika


  1. Spray your Crock Pot with cooking oil
  2. Place the London broil and package of dry onion soup into Crock Pot
  3. Add the potatoes and carrots
  4. Add the can of corn and can of green beans
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on top of ingredients and carefully add the beef broth &/or water
  6. Add paprika over everything
  7. Cook on low for 7 – 8 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred with a fork
  8. Guten Appetit!
