Steak & Sweet Potato Hash


  • 4 large steaks
  • 3 sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 package of bacon, sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, cubed
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to season steaks


  1. Turn the grill on to medium – high heat
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper and when grill is warm enough cook on each side for 5 minutes each, only flipping once
  3. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the other ingredients for hash
  4. For the hash, on the stove top – spray the pot lightly with cooking spray
  5. Add the onions to the pot and cook for about 7 minutes or until they are translucent
  6. Add the bacon to the pot and cook for 5 – 7 minutes
  7. Add the sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and jalapenos to the pot and cook until potatoes are soft
  8. Slice the steak and combine all of the ingredients into tupperware
  9. Guten Appetit!
